A Rider is a mechanic who can get out to the site and can provide service to vehicle owners.

You can easily call you Rider for minor repairs and maintenance through the GOmontir client application. Additionally, you can book an appointment with a vehicle service registered in the GOmontir system. The app helps you find the vehicle service or Rider closest to your home or workplace, as easily as possible.

Within the application, you can manage the service and maintenance of your car, motorcycle, bicycle and even your e-roller.

Yes, you need internet connection to use the application.

The service is available 24/7.

Yes, you need to have an account to use the app.

The information required for registration:

Please, provide real information.

You can use any name as username. For later identification, we suggest you to register with your original name though, but it is not required.

In case you need on-the-spot service, please enable location services in order to help us find the closest Rider nearby you and get it to you easily. We also need your location for booking appointments so the app can find the closest vehicle service around you.

After providing the required parameters (vehicle type, fault type, photo), the recommended Riders nearby are displayed. You only need to choose the one suits the best and call with a click. The Rider must accept your service request, confirm that it’s free and then can hurry to the scene.

For example tire patching (in case of bicycles), oil refilling, wheel change, battery insertion (in case of cars), any services that don’t require major service and can be resolved on the spot.

It depends on the distance between the customer and the Rider, also on traffic, but it shouldn’t be more than a half an hour.

The app provides an estimated arrival time based on which the vehicle owner can count on the Rider.

In case you placed the order and the Rider has accepted it, stay on the spot because the Rider is on the way.

After the work is completed, you can rate the Rider through a pop-up interface.

Downloading and using the app is free. Clients only pay for mechanics after the service is finished.

You can pay with cash on the spot.

You can pay for the service when it is done.

Yes, the invoice will be issued by the Rider/service after the service is completed.

You can book an appointment via the menu item within the application, on the main page, by selecting vehicle, fault, service and time.

The appointment can be cancelled no later than 6 hours before.

Yes, booking and cancel an appointment is free.

If required by current Hungarian legislation, the Rider must have the necessary professional qualifications for reparation (for example, car and motorcycle mechanics’ examinations); if the regulations of the given vehicle (for example, bicycle or e-roller) do not require it, the Rider only needs to certify that it has the expertise and equipment to carry out the reparation it undertakes.

In each case, the Rider procures all the necessary equipment for itself and delivers it to the site.

If no official qualification is required for the reparation of the given vehicle, yes.

You don’t need to upload any documents to the app. You only need to complete the statements there, acknowledging that you have the documents required to perform the service.

GOM is the token used within the GOmontir app. It allows you to accept incoming requests from customers. Connecting the Rider with the customer costs 1 GOM for the Rider. There are several options for balance upload, but the minimum amount of a purchase is 10 GOMs which package costs 6,5 USD.

Online, through sales. If a customer chooses to call you, the app will automatically notify you. From then on, you will have 45 seconds to accept the request. If you accept, you will automatically have access to the customer’s data and can proceed to the site. Note, that you can only receive a transaction if your balance has been uploaded in the app.You must allow access to your location and set your status to "online" in the application.

All accepted requests that actually materialize and become a successful reparation will cost 1 GOM for the Rider – currently 0,65 USD. If the customer cancels the order, ask the administrator to credit the amount.

Prices are set by you and must be agreed with the vehicle owner in advance.

You work when you want to – working hours depend absolutely on you. There is no minimum or maximum number of hours.

The customer will get a receipt from the Rider providing the service, knowing the service performed.

The owner of the repair shop must have the necessary qualifications to repair the vehicle and must prove this.

There is no limit. In order for the mechanic to be able to go to the customer's location, it is necessary to download the Rider application, register and set your status to "online". This can also be downloaded by the repair shop owner or an employee who can go out to the site.
